Detailed Design

Testing the best use case on your real data before you commit to production.

How pricing works

Every step has a fixed price, agreed in writing before work starts. No hourly billing, no open-ended projects. You can stop after any step and keep everything you have received.

20 hours a week

The payback rule

We only recommend building a use case that saves at least 20 hours of work a week and pays back quickly. We calculate the payback of each use case before you decide. If a use case falls short, we tell you, even if it means less work for us.

FAQ

Questions about our services

What if the Process Check finds nothing worth building?

Then we tell you. You keep the process map and the analysis, and you have spent two weeks instead of a project budget.

Our ERP vendor already offers AI. Why do we need you?

Use your ERP's AI wherever it does the job. We check that first in the Process Check. We take on the processes that run across several systems, for example from an emailed request through drawings and ERP prices to a finished quote, and we operate the solution after go-live with agreed response times.

Which systems do you connect to?

Microsoft 365, mailboxes and file drops, Abacus, SAP Business One and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. Other systems on request.

Will the AI write into our ERP?

Never directly into the database. We use the standard interfaces (APIs) of your software, and the AI always prepares a draft that a person approves.

How long until the first use case runs?

The Process Check and the Detailed Design take 5 to 6 weeks together. The timeline for the use-case pack is fixed in its offer.

Can it run on our own servers?

Yes, if your infrastructure meets the requirements. We check this in the Detailed Design.

Who owns the results?

You own your data and the outputs the solution produces from it. The software and methods remain ComSapia's intellectual property, and you receive the right to use them.

Do you work across Switzerland?

Yes, on site and remote.
