How we handle your personal data on this website. In short: as little as possible, and in Switzerland.

In short
This website uses no cookies, no analytics or tracking tools and no advertising. Fonts and all other files load from our own server, so your visit is not reported to third parties such as Google.
Visiting the website
When you open a page, our hosting provider in Switzerland automatically records technical access data in server logs: IP address, date and time, the page requested, the referring page and your browser type. We use these data only to run the website securely and to detect misuse. They are kept for a limited time and are not combined with other data.
Contact form and email
When you use the contact form or write to us, we process the details you give us: name, company, email address, phone number if provided, topic and message. We use them only to answer your request and, if it leads to one, for the business relationship that follows.
Messages are delivered to our mailbox, which is hosted in Switzerland. We delete them when your request is closed, unless they lead to a business relationship or the law requires us to keep them.
Booking a call
The button "Choose a time" takes you to Calendly, a scheduling service based in the USA. Calendly processes the details you enter there, such as your name, email address and the chosen time, and passes them to us so we can hold the call. This means your data are processed in the USA.
How Calendly protects your data, and which safeguards it uses for transfers to the USA, is described in Calendly's privacy notice. If you prefer not to use Calendly, write to us at contact@comsapia.ch and we will find a time by email.
Links to other websites
Links to LinkedIn, Calendly or tamerbadawy.com only transfer data to these services when you click them. From then on, their own privacy notices apply.
Disclosure to third parties
We do not sell or rent your data. We pass data only to service providers who help us run this website and our email, all in Switzerland, and to Calendly as described above. They may use the data only on our behalf.
Security
All connections to this website are encrypted (HTTPS). Access to messages and booking data is limited to the people who need it to answer you.
Your rights
Under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (nDSG) you can ask us what personal data we hold about you, have incorrect data corrected, have data deleted, object to processing and receive your data in a common format. Write to contact@comsapia.ch. If you are in the EU, you have equivalent rights under the GDPR.
You can also complain to the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) at edoeb.admin.ch.
